Refund Policy

Our goal is to serve you with excellence in all coaching, training, and educational products.

Because these products involve digital content and intellectual property, this Refund Policy explains where refunds apply.

1. Digital Products

Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, templates, PDFs, and online courses:

No refunds will be issued once access is granted.

2. Coaching Programs

Coaching programs require time, preparation, and scheduling. Therefore:

Coaching fees are non-refundable after your first session has begun.

If you purchased a package, unused sessions are not refundable.

3. Payment Plans

By entering a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments.

Failure to complete payments may result in:

Removal from coaching

Suspension of course access

Collection procedures (if required)

Payment plan installments are not eligible for refunds.

4. Membership Programs

Your membership payment covers access for the billing period.

We do not offer prorated refunds for:

Time not used

Early cancellation

Failure to log in or use the service

You may cancel future billing at any time.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues accessing content, we will assist you at no extra charge.

A refund will not be provided due to device incompatibility, browser issues, or user error.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback falsely is considered fraud.
We reserve the right to block access, terminate accounts, and pursue legal action if a chargeback is filed without contacting support.
